Hi, I just installed a remote start in my 2011 tacoma and havent received the bypass module for it yet. I know that if you don't use one, it will immobilize your truck. But I was wondering if I could put the key in the ignition, and test the remote starter to see if it's working. PLEASE only answer this if you KNOW the answer. I don't want any "I think..."s lol. Thanks.
