Please recommend Testosterone supplements for a 40 year old Male.

I went to the Dr. and he said they my Testorterone was in the 400s. Which is too high for him to prescribe Testosterone but, I was wondering if there were any safe alternatives? Because I can feel myself losing energy and drive.

Testosterone for gym or other late night activities?? Try Tribulus. Supposed to be for bodybuilding but all it did was make me horny. Strong enough to where I couldn't concentrate at work. LOL.

Not for depression or the gym. I don't have the same energy level at work or desires at home that I used to have.

Everything is kinda blah. The good point is that I am not so easily irritated anymore.

Look up ZMA it helps you sleep and boost natural testosterone. My dad takes it, he is well into his fifties and he loves it, but he also is a very active guy

I take one Simply Sleep almost every night.

The Dr. says everything looks great other than I was low on B12 & Vitamin D & Overweight. He put me on monthly B12 shots and Vitamin D over the counter.

Also, one of my friends was taking testosterone supplements for a while and he would have some pretty bad mood swings, be wary of that.

Before I forget, make sure you cycle what ever supplement you choose to use. Its usually dictated in the instructions, but its probably going to be 2 months on 1 month off. If you dont do that you will get some pretty bad side effects
