Realitors are free for buyers! Put together a list of the minimum requirements and send them off, then you wont' have to worry about finding one, a list should be narrowed down and compiled for you already.

That will take maybe an hour so maybe someone else can have a different suggestion

I already have a realtor. It's the market in midland that's the problem. It's booming so much that the average house is only on the market one day, and prices are hugely inflated.

Have you looked into renting a place till you find the right house?

Rent an RV and take it out there to live in till a house comes along. Is building an option?

I've been told that's what a lot of people are doing actually, the RV thing. I'm not willing to do that with a wife and two huge dogs.

Building would be an option but I would still need temporary housing somehow in the mean time.

Keith, how far are you willing to commute? That may help some.

Chance, lend me your bike keys and I'll make sure she doesn't get bad gas in the tank :) Just trying to be a giver.

I'm tired of commuting 20 miles like I do now. Im looking for an under 10 minute commute.

Yeah, I have a 14 minute commute if the traffic is light. I do like it a lot and I can't imagine having to commute 30 or 45 minutes one way.

Just trying to be a buddy. :D It was a decent day for a ride though. The wind was a bit stiff; but the sun was shining and the temps were decent. So 2 out of three isn't bad.

In trail rig news I just picked up some take-off Bilstein shocks from Bob and Robert Pick-n-Pull. I'm probably just going to mount them in the stock location until I can do a rear flip kit and relocate the shocks at the same time.

It's not a big deal honestly, sure it eats up some time, but it's relaxing as long as you don't try to fight traffic. Speeding turns out be non-productive for my commute.

Yeah it wasn't that bad, just a pain in the ass with my dogs. I don't have a fence, so they stay inside all day while I'm at work.

We are going to get a house close to work with a fence so they can run around while I'm at work, and I can go check on them whenever I please.

Just got home from watching Act of Valor. Yes, moderately predictable but still a far better movie than the majority of crap coming from Hollywood lately.
