    Pissed at AT&T. Been fighting with them all day and I can't receive texts or calls. Had my phone reset to factory settings and it still didn't fix it. I tried putting it into a couple of other phones, no help.

    Samsung Solstice 2. Had the phone reset today and used my insurance policy with them to get a replacement phone. I talked with one technician today and she told me to monitor the phone and go back to the store. The asshats at the store didn't help me at all the first time. They didn't even help an old man who didn't know how to log into their computer to check in. I'm done with this fucking company.

    ive been with ATT for 16 years, and most of it pretty damn good, but some of the store people suck. I would recommend trying a different store in your area. Walk in and ask to talk to the supervisor and flat out tell them, "your sister store provided unsatisfactory customer service, Im seeing if your store can win my money".....put it to them where it counts and theyll usually react

    God yes. you will be amazed. Their lead, Rodge, can shred and sing. Their drummer tonight kicked ass, as well as their keyboard dude.
