In the process of buying my first house. Holy shit balls... I hate everyone I have to talk to or go through now. Its epic BS and a touch of robbery with all the damn fees.

The closing costs on the house I just bought were $8000.

And my moving bill for them to come box up my stuff and haul it over here was $11,000.

I can't even remember what the closing costs were to sell my other house.

Happy anniversary also... yea. 125k house with 6 acres is going to run me $9800. But some of the fees are ridiculous. 200 here 155 there plus you advance escrow crap. Add in a slice of bad economy and wanting 5.5% down. It is straight killing me. But its a buyers marker... I have fixed 20 year at 3.5%

    That's a great rate.

And to be clearer, I wasn't complaining about the fees, because my company paid for all of it. I just couldn't believe the numbers.

I'd drive one. I don't think there is anything wrong with Scions.

Have you seen any other new vehicles made that aren't cheaply made?

I have and can't say I've seen them falling apart :notsure: I've seen Suzukis and Kia's doing that.

With this heat coming and going like this people still have to remember to hydrate and replace those lost electrolytes. Dehydration can get you in bad shape real quick.

Oh, I know about that. I've been drinking water/Gatorade and staying as hydrated as i can and cutting down on the energy drinks. But i'm still getting the vertigo moments. I'll probably go see the doc later if it keeps going.

But first, i've got a week in Florida ;)
