    headin to dfw in the morning for a burger and drop off some parts from my colorado.
    glad the tacoma seats are much more comfortable than the colorado seats. no more 2 or 3 stops on the way.

    any of yall know if there is any heavy construction on 820 on the north side of ft worth? or not too bad?

    Yes north 820 is under construction. Saturday should be fine. Do you have a burger place in mind? I can highly recommend 2 places in Arlington.

    Crap.... I turned off the AC in my house this morning to see how stable the temp was during the day if the AC was off. When I got home around 6:20 the house was in the mid 80s. It didn't take long for me to get the AC turned back on; the only problem is that it is taking forever to get the house back down into the low 70s. At least it seems like forever; it's only been a couple of hours.

    I knew it would get warmer; I wanted to see how much warmer. If it stayed within a specific range I could ferment my beer batches in a closet. Since it does not stay within a specific range successfully I'll probably look at using an old fridge.

    I just went outside to check my unit outside. The fan wasn't turning so I hit it with a direct water stream to get it going until it started spinning itself. I'm hoping this was a fluke; but the house is starting to cool off so I'm happy right now.

    nope get ready to by the condenser unit fan. shes bout to go out on you.
    oh and im sure you know that these thermostats now are programed to wait when you turn the ac on so as not to "shock the compressor." some will only let you cycle the ac three times in a hour. welcome to our new green energy world

    Just Googling prices it seems the fan will probably only run around $100. I'll probably get my Dad to come over and help install the new one. I have so many other things I want to spend money on right now other than my house.... :rolleyes:
