    No, you're just learning a life lesson earlier than most. Personally I wouldn't hold much against a low end job anyways. Jobs are a dime a dozen when they start at minimum wage. You are about the point where you should start looking around and seeing what you enjoy enough to do for work. Then start working in that direction.

    See my dad worked for one company for 25+ years. He was a top supervisor and did an amazing job. But a couple of years ago, they let him go. They let a lot of people go. And at the time, I didn't understand because he had spent so much time and effort into that company. He still checks in on them from time to time. It's refreshing almost to see that kind of passion from somebody. Most of the guys I work with don't give a shit if they're there or not. All they care about is bullshitting all day and when the paychecks come in.

    Not that that isn't important :eek: but if more people put a little passion into what they did, I think we'd all be a little better off. Maybe the job market would be a little more competitive than it is now.

    Anyways /rant :eek:

    My job.

    I started off six years ago at 27cents a mile when I was a rookie with this company. That was the normal starting pay with 32 cents being the top pay. You would be getting a 1cent raise every year. Six years later I'm at 36 cpm top pay...AND THE STARTING PAY IS 35CPM!

    when you get the fan out be a good time to clean the condenser fins. it will cool much better. all that dust that blows in from the west can get things dirty.

    Yeah, I had the fan out once today sitting upside down with some penetrating lube working its way in. It didn't work but it was worth a shot. While it was out I took the hose and cleaned the coil from the inside out and the outside in. I'm also looking at building a small loose slat roof over the heat exchanger so as to keep it cool during the day. Currently I'm using the water hose set to start the fan :rolleyes:
