Added extra awesomeness to its original awesomeness.
Keith we're already getting some push back from the union, we need to bring in the scabs.

We're brewing beer; not whiskey. The majority of beers are brewed/fermented/bottled within 45 days of brewing them.

Also, Keith consider this my formal application to be the IT Director/Assistant Brew Master. :D

I have nothing against 'cans. I get along with all the Mexicans, Puerto Ricans, Jamacians, and the South Americans. I also don't mind a good Shiner in a can; although Fireman's #4 is better poured from the can to a glass it is still better than Budweiser.

    Sweet!

Keith, have you heard about the new place in Granbury opening up? Revolver Brewing is going to be the next microbrewery in the area.

There are beers that take years to finish. They are often your lambics (dessert beers). They can spend up to 5 years in an cask to fully age. Many microbreweries are experimenting with different lager yeast and casking beers to age them differently for the different results. Real Ale has their annual beer that they open for their anniversary that is casked.

Your standard light ales or hefis can be brewed/fermented/aged within 24 days. I have a buddy that makes a great hefi that he knows like clock work. From the time he brews it to drinking the first aged glass will be 21 to 24 days.

You will also be in charge of international exports once we go from micro to global since you are good with cans.

Good idea; I probably still have a tab at a few bars in Bahrain and Okinawa. I can go back, pay the tab, and then introduce them to good beer.

    Then start another tab.

I have missed a lot today.
Adam is going g to ''take a year off''. (Never go to college and regret it when he is old and stuck in a crappy job).
Get a general business degree or accounting. Any degree is better than nothing. Everyday I regret not sticking with it. I had a really hard time with my choice when I got laid off 2 years ago. Huge reality check and with a baby on the way and bills to pay school I could not make school work, still can't but hopefully I can in the future.

Also looks like we are opening a brewery. I can be very useful if my reward is good beer. I will take on marketing, social media, PR and random other tasks. Never done those duties but I would be highly motivated for beer.

+1 Thankfully I'm in the position to make school/work/life work together. I just don't sleep much or have any spare money. Only a year to go now....

I think you would make a good employee at the brewery; we'll see if Keith can get you through HR real quick. Anyone know any beautiful women that can work in HR? Also, Keith; as "IT Director" I'll need a hot chick to be my secretary. :D

Forgive my crappy grammar in my previous post. Trying to type fast on a tablet does not mix so well.
