    its not v ed. its funny though when i pinned it it tried to make is head look like a viper. think yall[​IMG] were right its just a rat snake. corn snakes are the yellow red ones i was thinking of.

    What do you mean "were" just a rat snake? Did you kill it already?

    There is no mistaking a rattlesnake, it will rise up and let you know what/where it is 99/100 times. I'm not sure what this rat snake did that made you think it was a rattlesnake though.

    no i said it rattle its tail like a rattle snake. but had no rattles also the eye pupils were round. venomous snakes have cat pupils.

    i caught the snake and released it in the field next to the neighborhood:cool:
