    Assuming that everything dries properly and gets cleaned right, then yeah it is a plus. Mold/water damage/foundation damage/roof damage can make a house unlivable. Flooding is a bitch.

    Damn kids are gredy these days. They look at me funny when I give them 1 piece of candy. I have even had some look in the bowl like they were not happy with what they were given. Most have not said thank you either.

    I'm glad we do not have trick-or-takers in our neighborhood. They do a "trunk-or-treat" at the swimming pool parking lot so as to safely get all the kids their candy and let the rest of us get left alone.

    Even though our neighborhood is pretty big we don't get much traffic b/c of our location in the neighborhood, so I usually grab a few pieces. And there's only two types of candy so not really a selection.
