I have done them in a soup which wasn't bad or good really and done them as breaded and pan fried. I liked them pan friend better; but I think the batter helped keep them moist. The biggest problem is people let it dry out.

Damn Keith, if the whole oil thing dries up, and the world runs out of rocks, you could always fall back on making furniture.

Wouldn't that be more humane and legit if they used a dart gun to tranq the bobcat first? The way the cat is thrashing around on the trap probably isn't good for the foot that is caught. Either way that is a pretty cool video.

    That sucks.

    Double sucks. How's the finger?

Not as horrible; but I have a class start Monday that the college bookstore doesn't have in stock. They have no idea when they are going to get them in stock either. They have to have a minimum number of orders before they make an order. Freaking awesome. So I bought a similar book on Barnes and Noble and emailed the professor. We'll see how different the "special" DeVry version is compared to the standard Cisco version.

The finger is doing better. Don't think it's broke.

Do you have some basic plans you wouldn't mind sharing? Thinking of building a hutch/bar of sorts.
