    Yup, pretty much sealed your fate there. Almost anything you do for the first time, no matter how simple, you never want to do on a time crunch. I've learned this many times before, yet I never learn from my mistakes.

    I've done a couple brews at home before and a with other people. This one just seemed to not want to go right. I've heard stories about horrible brew sessions that made wonderful beer; so we'll see.

    Hmmmm, I see your point. I suppose it is worth it; money and I do get a nice little 6 day vacation built into my schedule after these 5 in row. Not too bad!

    Keith, I think I am going to build something like this for my brew stand. I'm not going to have an electronic control box and the wort keggle will be as high as that middle bar so the pump will not have to work as hard to push through the chiller to the carboy.
