Hey, Texans. Specifically those in Austin.

My friend's band Next 2 the Tracks is playing tonight at The Parish Room 9:00. If you or your friends are out tonight, you should check them out. They have a few albums on iTunes if you want a preview.

Yeah; the laws are pretty smart nice here. Which state did you come from? If you are going to be here a while do you have any plans on getting your CHL?

Ca is amazing country; but some of the people are bat shit crazy. (I'm talking about more than my in-laws too.)

I'd jump on it. Interest rates are low and it can always be stepping stone for something later.

Sounds like a sound investment then.

I had a small problem with the fermenting beer today. It was setup with a small airlock which I have never had a problem with before. This beer is having some very aggressive and active fermentation and almost blew the airlock off. I have it setup with a blow off hose now.

Looks like a good first house with a pretty sweet price tag. I'd pick it up and make a rental out of it if I could.

    It is.... it wants out.

I just kegged the cream ale I made three weeks ago. It tasted pretty good room temp and flat. It came in at 4.75% ABV; so a little low but I think I know what happened with it.

Ummm... how do you know you got 100% out?

I guess it was. So what kind of thermometer are y'all using now?

That angry batch of beer earlier has been solved; but it sure is talkative in the closet. The blow off hose is just bubbling away. It sounds kind of odd and has 100% of the cat's attention.

The cats can kiss my a$$. Why not go with a thermometer through the side of the vessel? Easier reading and a better location to read from; maybe I'm just thinking of keggels though. Which flavor did you brew? Also I'm sadly running very low on my hefe. The keg is pretty light.

Depends on the company; but when I did the mortgage for our house we had it within three business days.

Years ago I bought weather tech's and forgot I had the original floormatts. They aren't 100% clean but they're VERY very good. A little elbow grease and some resolve carpet cleaner would go a long way to get the mud out.

Free to a good home if you come pick them up from me. I just need to make some space in the garage.

Academy has been good to me. I'm able to get about 40-100 rounds a week there. 8.99 box of 5.56

Also picked up 250 rounds of .22lr there today for 2.19/50

They have a one box limit so I just go there 3-4 times a day when they have it in stock

Mine gets shipments every Monday Wednesday and Friday. You might wanna call yours and see what days they get trucks in. I just call those mornings and see if they have any. With a one box limit it takes til about 1-4pm before they sell out
