    Do you and her have your passports? I would go to the Dominican Republic to an all inclusive resort for four days. It is cheaper than you would think and a pretty relaxing experience.

    *For the cost of spending a week in any big American city you can go to an all inclusive resort in Mexico or the Caribbean and get a lot more for your money. When my wife and I went to Mexico last year it cost $1400 including the plane tickets. All inclusive resort - food and drinks - that had easy access to all other sorts of day trips around it.

    Same here, my wife and I took a trip to Playa del Carmen, Mexico in 2009. All inclusive resort for like 750 a person including plane tickets.

    We went to Playa due Carmen also. Real nice resorts and a good time. Very safe.

    If you guys don't have plans this weekend you should come out to the Lone Star Audio Fest. It's a free speaker/audio show at the Embassy Suites off 75 and 635. Speaker designers (like myself) all get together at this show and get their own room to setup their stuff. It's free so just come over and bring your music to listen to. Some of the best audio gear in the world will be there. Plus, there's beer. All day Friday and Saturday with a little Sunday morning.
