    So i finally grounded my CB. I went all the way to the bracket that holds the filler neck for the gas tank. It's welded to the frame so it should be a decent ground, yes?

    I still have a SWR reading of 4 on both channel 1 and 40... :mad:

    It's reassuring to me that I'm not the only one here who is having CB issues. I've resolved to take it to a shop this weekend and have the pros get me all fixed up!
