Anyone want to join me in Bridgeport tomorrow? I need a shakedown run on my truck before Fallout.

    Yes.
I'd consider it, but my wife might kill me. ~4Hours to get there, plus another 4Hours to get home. Coupled with wheeling in the middle. I'd be a corpse, and unable to go to Fallout.

Bridgeport isn't worth a 4 hour drive, I like it because it takes me about 45 mins. I can be up the when it opens and home by noon.

Hidden Falls is about an hour for me. Living all the way out by Bastrop is a bitch. :)

How's bridgeport for a stock suspension OR? I have been looking for somewhere to go, but don't have the money to lift it yet. Bridgeport is only like a 1.5 hour drive for me.

I've been once and didn't have any trouble. It was after a little rain, so everything was slick. Just gotta know how to choose the right lines and you'll be good.

It's about an hour or so for me also, thinking of going when it cools down a bit. Need to get my OHV sticker and 1" shackles in the rsar so I don't bottom out a rear shock.

I hear ya about the cooling down a bit.. I'd also have to get the sticker. Not looking to do anything too crazy right now, as it is my daily driver, but I'm sick of pavement and I'd really like to make use of the new tires I put on. I miss living in NH a bit where I didn't have to look hard for a bit of mud!

If you need a spotter for that first hill you might need to practice at the mall some more.

If you get up there early it's not too bad, you can head home when its heats up.

Yeah, might have to do that. Could probably be home before the wife even gets out of bed. It'll be a few weeks before I can get away however.

But pay attention out there or you can end up places that will break your truck. This drop redistributed the paint on most of my armor.20150822_114914.jpg

Yeah, that's the stuff I can't get into at the moment. The truck is still mostly stock (still under 5k miles).
