Mom just called me to tell me that we are getting a new roof on the house and having the chimney repaired because of the last storm

My roof is being put on as I type this. Sounds like they are about wrapped up. Pretty sure y'all got it worse than we did down here.

She said the windows, deck, and fence took damage as well. It has been super nice up in Arkansas so that's all I know :)

Doesnt surprise me with the size of the hail up there. It got my roof, sky lights, gutters, pipe jacks and my BBQ grill. That still works but I still got paid for it from the insurance company so a new smoker is coming my way very soon.

A buddy has one but I want an old school one. Got plenty of pecan, oak, and mesquite wood and access to endless amounts of mesquite.

We have a Traeger and an old style one. The Traeger is so easy...You don't have to watch it all day

    That's a good deal, aren't those like 7 or 800 normally?

Costco had them for $399 at one point. Hit or miss quality. I'll stick with wood personally.

Just stating what I've heard from owners I know and from online reviews. They had quality control issues. And apparently are a pain in the ass to deal with for warranty concerns.

    Glad yours works.

Ours normally run $599. Basic controller not digital so we discounted them the price of the upgrade to move them. Also have cover and dome thermometer if you want either
