    When I was living up north they had "Wawa", which was pretty much everything you would ever need. Breakfast sammiches n coffee were my favorite next to their wide variety of tasty cakes, oh and cheapest gas around too.

    You're not missing anything down there. Had to go down Lamar to pick up some AC ducts for work. Liquor store just about on every corner. Though on a lighter note, the Yellow Rose got a new sign.

    Create some property that is affordable with a market that can sustain us in a manner where it's profitable and worth it to us as a company.

    I can't tell you for sure, but rest assured, we are not finished with Texas. There will be other cities eventually other than Dallas and Ft. Worth.


    When and where is a secret! And no, not one that I withholding info on. I simply don't know. Texas is far too big for us to stop where we are out. I think Austin is out of the question. Houston area would be my guess as to where we would go next. Takes a lot of logistics as we do a lot of our own stuff. Such as food. We have a large kitchen facility where food is prepped and made.

    They really need to stop building shit. It has recently come to light that I have a mountain lion den about 60yards from my house. Rather than call wildlife out to trap them, I'm going to put up signs on the streets stating that you are entering a Mountain Lion Habitat, keep all the mother fuckers from building so damn much.
