You want to keep that BS somewhere where it is appropriate... plus I think they will look alot better in the light. Kinda hard to see in that pic.

Lol I used rustoleom bed liner on the running boards of my old truck. The plasti dip held up better than it did.

Before I sold the truck, I had to sand them back down by hand a re-paint them... Absolute pain the ass.

The rear bumper on new one is plasti-dip. Needless to say I had a few scratches after the meet... Took me 5 seconds and they were as good as new.

    Gotta love that stuff!

It really was. The second time I did it, I spent more time standing, then used a etching primer and then painted. That will probably hold up better... But I sold it the next day, so I don't know how it is holding up.

The trick with plasi dip is knowing where to use it. It durable as long as the surface is cleaned well, and its not in a high wear location.

Don't use it on any interior that will regularly be touched or rubbed up against.

Think of it as a thin condom. If a condom stretch over it won't hold up there, neither will plasti dip.

It will need touch up, but the plus side is, it melts back into itself, so touch ups are easy.

Just got a great idea for plasti dipping. Plasti dip the door sills. That would hold up right? Adam if you got the plasti dip come up to my house this weekend

How thick did you put down the bed liner? Everything I have seen/heard about bed liners is the strength comes from the thickness. If it is to thin then it is just brittle.
