    yep, and I know there is a thread where even Chris was saying not too... I dont care, I will never use a spring compressor again on stock shocks. It is much easier and safer to compress it in place.


    What killed me was the first side, trying to use a compressor and working around the cv. The second side, only took 30 minutes.

    That's how I did my coils on my old truck, but it didn't have a strut. Just coils. Ah, well at least you got it done. :thumbsup:

    Don't be fooled, the control arms are so packed full of bridgeport dirt, I had to chisel some out to get the shocks off.
