That's the beauty of private selling. You can list anything at your own price. It's not like my brother is a seriously motivated seller, it will sell when it sells

I've been meaning to tell my brother what he should sell his truck at, I told him list it at 14k so it gives u some room to move in price. Even I know 15k is too high for an 02.

Well they didn't need to blow it out of proportion like they did in my thread.

He is pretty serious about selling it, or will be after I get off the phone with him tomorrow. He just wants to get the most out of his truck like everyone else

I know I'm late to the party on this one; but I bought an '06 DC PreRunner SR5 for $14k. So he is going to have to find the right sucker/idiot to buy it.

Morning fellas, as y'all all know I've had my taco about two months. One of my dads buddies is a car dealer and wants it. He loves it with the shell and everything.

He offered me under on it and I turned him down.

Now he's offering a straight up trade for an FJ Cruiser same year and 5k less miles.

The cruiser is loaded Atrac, locker, subwoofer, brush guard, skids, rid rack, and some cool gauges..

I kinda like it but not sure.. Anybody got any input?

Morning fellas, looks like I missed some anger last night.

Do you need a bed? Mike (DelMarVa) traded his taco for an FJ and ended up regretting it. He just got another taco. You can PM him and ask him the pros and cons of each. He's in Houston.

I think the Rubber cargo floor in the FJ would be sufficient for my roughly 300lbs of dogs.

And I think it would be fine for hauling all my gear during duck season.

Just don't know, all I've ever driven is trucks!

How much more fun can they be offroad than a taco?

But with the cool little gauge to tell me how off camber I am I will never roll. Derp!

If I do roll I'm sure the brake light covers, brush guard, and roof rack would keep the vehicle completely protected just like an exo cage!

Only if you mount a bull bar on the brush guard. And get a color-matched headache rack to protect the rear glass. I know FJ's don't have beds for mounting headache rack but I'm sure you could fab something up.....out of a bull bar or two.
