    same shit as everyone else
So you already bought a set of wheels and tires with the truck and then you have to pay for another "upgraded" set with this addition but only get one set of wheels? They are literally steeling a set of wheels and tires from you.

Those wheels actually look better then the Prius/corolla looking rims that come with the truck.

Agreed. They should give you a discount for the original wheels that you don't get. Unfortunately it always work this way when you get upgrades, and most people don't even realize it.

I got the 15 tss edition same as the tx edition and the extra 3500 isn't worth it if you plan on changing everything out. I wish I knew before hand, but I still love my taco. 275/70/17 ko2s are being installed now

I didn't see the 3500. But ses about right considering it's an sr. Not even 4wd and want 32000. Even toyota fake locks wouldn't be that much. You could get one size up tire and 17 or 16 inch wheels from National tire for about 1500 and choose your set up.

Truly does seem like a rip off. Someone will buy it and cry later

That's a good looking truck but $3500 for a wheel and tire set, chrome tube steps, plastic badging, and custom floor mats?? That's insane.

    No Shit,,,
And I thought Southeast Toyota was greedy with their $300 Mats.....

That is one option I would pass up in a NY minute...

Damn I'm starting to feel like I stole my Baja. These prices are really getting out of hand.

hell you could by the TRD rims directly from Toyota and it would still be cheaper by $2000 and better looking :)

When you get these on, let me know I want to see what your ride looks like with that wheel/tire size with the black TSS wheels.

They just wasted money on those wheels and chrome tube step. Ugly!

Welcome to the GST (Gulf States Toyota) rip-off package. I'm in Oklahoma, and I see a lot of these TSS/Texas/Oklahoma packages. They all look great at first glance and probably sell great to the uninformed, but this is the kind of stuff Toyota should ashamed of. I drove a TSS last year and could not believe how terrible the ride was compared to the TRD sport and off-road models. What's worse is these often list with HIGHER msrp than the TRD models.

SET and GST are the only two regions that aren't' controlled by Toyota directly. Sad what happens when you give someone a little slack.

God damn that shit is so fucking weak. Why pay $4000 extra for that shit when you could give a $100 Pep Boys gift card to an illegal immigrant and achieve the same tacky result. Do you realize that outside the Gulf States Stealer Network, $34K is pushing into 4X4 F-150 or TRD Off-Road pricing?

The distributor installs the package because people buy them. Pure business decision.

At least you are getting something for the extra $3500. SET dealers are charging more for the same SR5, with plain steel wheels and calling it market adjustment.

That "market adjustment" is from the Tampa dealership. Not SET.
