    I been eating healthier for a little bit now and recently started working out again. Still chubby but trying to work on it slowly without getting burned out.

    Yep yep. I'm just going easy with it so it's something I can do for a while as opposed to going all out and giving up in 2 months.

    Just wanna go from 200-205 to 185-190
