    Grilled/baked cut up red potatoes. No additives. Just seasoning. Opinions on healthy ness ? Good carbs or do I need to find a new “filler” for my diet ?

    I’m talking about a all day filler. Like I put it with my scrambled eggs for breakfast, use it as a meal/side for lunch and throw it in as a side with my chicken for dinner.

    I just chop up a bunch of red potatoes and bake em for like 24 minutes.

    Gotta be something simple and can be used for more than one meal since my work life doesn’t allow me much time and options for a bunch of different stuff.
