Thank you. In all honesty I was at my goal of 180 a month ago. Keeping it sustained and finally able to have some cheat days now. I missed me some indian food.

Ah I spose that's important info. 5'10". I've not been down to this body mass since high school (and there is still some "fluff" to go).

Just found this thread. Cool idea.

I'm not a big dude but I have been working out since highschool days but the last 2-3 years have been real serious. I'm around 10% bodyfat and 168lb hoping to maybe compete next year in an amateur bb class.

I also do some unofficial diet coaching for friends/family on the side.

I agree genetics come into play, anybody can be ultra lean, or build 30lb of muscle, but they will likely all do it at different rates and look a little different because of genetics.

My huge ah-ha moment and success was being serious about tracking my intake and not 'dieting', but finding ways to make the foods I love 'clean'. I eat chicken burritos, lots of peanut butter, steaks, pasta, orzo, burgers, I crush about a pint of icecream a day, etc. I love my food and just worked at the recipes to make them fit some good macros and kept it consistent.

Not sure what my PRs are? I have been following a modified 5/3/1 setup for a while now. If I had to guess, my deadlift would be about 350, 280 bench, and 280 squat. I have some knee issues, 2 fractured spine vertebra so I have to take it easy on squats, but my legs are also pretty weak. Main area of focus now for the last 6-7 mo

Home gyms are where it's at. If yall are ever curious on what equipment to start with or get feel free to shoot me a message for help. I've been building one out in my house for the last 3 years. I'm in the process of currently renovating it too so getting some new flooring, adding a leg press or hack squat, probably a new power rack, sky's the limit lol

Lollipop punch flavor preworkout = epic win. Not hard to chug down at all compared to others I’ve tried. Favorite so far. Dr Jekyll FTW

Eggs. Chicken. Lettuce. Bananas. Potatoes. Every week. Repeat.

Not cutting weight yet but gaining mass. Always hard to tell if you’re losing weight when you’re lifting at the same time.

Beer. Burritos. Bourbon. Burgers. Every week. Run until you die. Repeat.

Not cutting any weight, but not gaining.

Maybe I should eat more from your list and less from mine.

I start physical therapy tomorrow. 6 weeks, 3 days a week, they said I am welcome to any machine in the gym after my sessions are over. Gotta get my upper body and stomach back in shape. Me and my man boobs are headed to Australia on Aug 15th to do some flying and beach fishing.

181 in high school. In shape. Looked good. Got older. Lazy. Up to 214 a couple months ago. Down to a steady 200-205. Need to get back to 185-190 and will stop trying to lose weight and will just lift heavy shit and bulk.
