I also run a mile before lifting. Then lift. Then run another mile or half mile after. So I’m running !

You can measure your waist line and tell if there is any change. Way before you can see weight loss on a scale

you guys recommend a good set of headphones? I have been using a pair of Monster in ear headphones that have been great the past few years. Unfortunately I think they are nearing the end of its lifespan and trying to find another pair. They don't make my set anymore which is why i am asking for some options. I mainly only run and use them when i am washing cars or mowing, so for them to be bluetooth is not technically a requirement. If they are bluetooth, they would need to last at least an hour and a half at a time. I much prefer in ear headphones compared to over the ear style. Prices of course are all over the place and just don't want to dump a ton of money in them and they are kind of junk. My Monsters i think i paid about $60.00 for them. I sweat like a damn pig, so water resistance is a must.

Bose Soundsports. They have a wireless version too that sound great. They are water resistant and are really comfortable.

I always see those go on sale, but sometimes I feel like you are paying for the name Bose. Great to know that they are water resistant. Thanks!

If you take care of your stuff, I’d get them. I tried about 3 cheaper pair and they either either quit working, or didn’t sound very good. The sound quality even on the wired ones is really good. I use mine 4-5 days a week for extended periods. Good luck.

Dr. Jekyll/Mr Hyde are some of my favorite too. I just got some Pulse though, some new one by Dymatize (cotton candy) and another I can't remember right now. Still like Dr. Jekyll though, will always keep a tub on hand
