What's the best RDS for my SIG 1911? .45 ACP - 5 in. threaded barrel. Trying not to break the bank. Also interested in lasers if anyone has recs / tips / suggestions on those! I don't have much experience but my son has been looking into them and it could be fun. Anything that keeps him interested! Thanks in advance!

The best is trijicon rmr but pricey depending on model 4-600$. The next best imho is a holosun 407c or 507c it also shares the same footprint as the rmr.
The delta point pro is also an excellent rds.

I started with a mcx virtus 9in 300 blk. Worked many trades and ended up with a canebrake and a mcx 11.5 556

What made you get rid of the Virtus and trade for the canebrake?

OK good to know. Congratulations on the guns I love them. I’ve been looking for the Vertis 300 blackout very difficult to locate. I thought about getting a rattler I think they’re too small. If I had more cash I get the q honey badger.

Id suggest the mcx tacops. Its a suppressor ready 6.75in 300 blk. The hardest combo to get but the best imo.

It’s times like these I need to remember I’m a broke little boy.

Awesome collection man, the SCAR and Honey Badger are both just beautiful.

Love mine! I’ve seen them in these finishes like this FDE but it wasn’t offered when I ordered. I could just opt for colored furniture which ended up ok

What are everyone’s thoughts on polymer 80’s. I have known about them for a while but haven’t ever looked into them…

cool to have a nice adventure making the first one.

You will spend more building it than buying one.
