Brand New Still In Plastic Wrapping

    5.11 Tactical AMP72 Backpack 40L in Tungsten

    https://www.511tactical.com/amp72.html

Looking to get $160 for it, brand new from 5.11 it retails for $199.99.

I am located in Tyler, but my GF lives in The Colony and you could pick it up from her as well possibly.

Will ship at buyers expense via UPS.

Would make a great duty bag for someone.

Actually both... depending on what you want to put in the conceal carry pocket.

    Hahahaha

Not understanding how a BOS will protect you. You (unknowingly) buy a stolen firearm...request a BOS...bad guy gives a fake one....you get pulled over for something and cop runs the numbers....you still get arrested and loose the firearm forever. Not seeing how a fake BOS would be seen much different in court than someone having to give all the details of the sale. Still hoping your lawyer will get you off in both cases. Not arguing with you, but I have never seen the logic in this BOS discussion.

I have a friend that had his ass saved by a BOS. He bought a stolen gun from some guy, but checked his DL info in the BOS at time of purchase. He is a CHL holder, and was pulled over for speeding and ultimately asked for his weapon. He ended up getting arrested, got out on bond, provided the BOS, and saved his ass 10's of thousands of dollars in court fees and jail time. They found the guy that sold it to him, and case was thrown out. I always keep a BOS on any firearms I sell, and preferably sell to LTC holders. I always keep that persons info, messages, calls, etc... as well and double check their info on the BOS.

Anyone interested in my shield? Not super motivated to sell, because I really like it but I am just wanting something a little bigger since my full size was stolen. We just bought a new house and are moving so the wife has halted my gun purchases for a little while (doesnt help that I just finished a 2k dollar AR build... oops ). So figured I'd see if anyone had something worth trading for. Looking for a m&p 2.0 compact or a glock 19 (especially variants like p80, nomad, shadow systems, etc.). If no ones interested, no biggy, I'll wait till I have the green light to get another one. Just thought I'd throw it out there.

Shield 9mm, stippled, apex flat trigger, truglo night sights, stainless steel guide rod, DP Customs slidework (top and side serrations, ported, and black multicam cerakote), trex arms sidecar holster, 3 mags (1 7rd, 1 8rd, and 1 10 round (8rd plus taran tactical +2 in gray)).

    In DFW

    I only buy new guns.
I bought a super nice used Remmy 700 7mag from a guy and it was all fucked up. Head space was fucked and chamfering was fucked. Barrel must’ve been too as it wouldn’t should any better than 3” groups at 100yds. That was probably 15 years ago and I haven’t bought a used gun since. I’ve sold a bunch and never do a BOS. A BOS as a seller doesn’t really do shit for you.

I would have to disagree to an extent. If you bought it new at an ffl, sold it and it was recovered in a crime, it could provide a paper trail of you getting rid the gun and who it went to.

Those damn wait times...... Congrats on getting to pick up your cans!

I am waiting on my form 1 for my Kriss Vector, and 2 more stamps in process for a Thunderbeast Ultra 9 and a Rugged Obsidian.

I sure hope that they move along quicker than my previous stamps, but something tells me that with this virus junk that I should not hold my breath on that one....

    Bullets or ammo?

I make both. I make my own 308 competition bullets, and I load ammo for all the calibers that I own.

cc? not sure what you are saying here.

Best thing to do when learnng is to get a mentor.... if that's not possible or preferred.... Johnny's reloading on you tube is pretty good.

You just need to remember that a simple mistake can cost your life. OR THE LIFE OF OTHERS STANDING AROUND YOU.

    So it can be serious.

Don't forget, get a reloading manual with load data like the Lyman or Hornady reloading manual.

    Take it slow @tony2018

Never seen it called cc. Normally LTC or CHL (concealed handgun license).
