    just so everyone knows, here are the rules/regulations. we will be able to get the one yr passes when we go in. and i heard that i think it was trail 1 #5 (or somethin like that, ill confirm soon) is a really bad trail that we might not want to try. :rolleyes:

    Safety Rules & Regulations
    [​IMG]All Adults must sign a waiver and rules sheet
    [​IMG]All Minors must have a waiver signed by their parent or legal guardian and must be accompanied by an adult
    [​IMG]Factory hardtop or rollcage / rollbar and seatbelts are required for all occupants in OHVs /4x4 or Trail Buggies
    [​IMG]No public consumption of alcohol - Alcohol is expressly forbidden on all trails
    [​IMG]No glass containers allowed outside of camping areas
    [​IMG]15 MPH Speed Limit on all roads
    [​IMG]No trail riding after 10:00 PM - this sucks
    [​IMG]Observe all trail signs
    [​IMG]No winching to:
    [​IMG]Trees without a tree saver or strap
    [​IMG]Power poles, fences, or pipelines
    [​IMG]Stay on existing marked trails - NO TRAIL BLAZING
    [​IMG]Larger vehicles yield to smaller vehicles at all times
    [​IMG]All trash must be picked up and carried out with you
    [​IMG]Illegal, abusive or destructive activities should be reported to property management
    [​IMG]Property management is instructed to contact the local authorities if need be
    [​IMG]Members and guests are encouraged to help enforce the rules in order to preserve the </SPAN>trails and park and have a cleaner, safer place for everyone
    [​IMG]Excessive noise / excessive vehicle noise will not be tolerated

    Checking In/Out
    [​IMG]Every person that enters into the property whether it be a work weekend or for fun they </SPAN>need to be checked in.
    [​IMG]Check in procedure must be kept up- everyone in - everyone out!
    [​IMG]Show membership card or purchase a day use membership in order to ride.
    [​IMG]Check in by paying for the gate fees and then leave membership card in the office until </SPAN>check out at the end of the weekend.
    [​IMG]Pick-up your membership card when it's time to head home.

    Violators/Trespassers
    As posted, trespassers and valdals will be prosecuted.

    Prosecution & Violation Of Property Rules
    1st offense- member will receive a reminder letter of our rules.
    2nd offense- member will receive a 6-month suspension of membership privileges or property use privledges (if a day use member).
    3rd offense- member will be banned from TMTC properties and no refund will be issued.</SPAN>

    true. doubt im gonna have the rock sliders by then either. gotta get an alarm system installed asap. i think someone tried to break into my slidin back glass not too long ago so gotta spend $$ on that first & fix the seal first
