There have been a few people with similar posts. Maybe some more signature publicity like drifter and me would help spread the werd?

A 3 hour drive would put my ETA between 6pm-7pm if i can't get the day off for the meet.

I just looked at my schedule and the only weekend I won't be out of town is the 12-13th.

 

I went to 'User CP' in the top left corner, then under 'settings & options' you can select 'edit signature'. I just copy and pasted from the post Andrew made with the signature.

Uh don't remember, I was @ the shops @ La cantera friday. I'm getting alot of "were you here" questions, I'm sure I was somewhere at some time. I've distinguished my truck from other "copycats" by adding a small texas flag to my antenna and my chrome trim. The flag made it's debut at the last meet and has taken quite a beating from being in 50-70 mph winds on he antenna I'm gonna add a US flag to it and replace the Texas one. Whenever i pass another taco I give a little wave to the other driver like a wassup. Don't know if they know what i'm doing.

 

Yea, I saw the truck @ the Rim, so it might not have been you, but damn it looked JUST like yours. I'm pretty sure he even had the same exact rims. Same style grill gaurd, etc. Probably why you have been getting alot of "I saw you"s.. I'll have to keep in mind your flag so I'll know if it is you.

I'll usually throw a finger up when I pass another Tacoma but it seems like damn near %95 of the time I get a blank stair. Probably just a part of being in the big city.

 

Same here. I think a dude in a 1st gen waved back once. That's about it.

 

Okay, I talked to Steve (owner of BVORR) and if we want to reserve the ranch for ourselves he needs a $100 deposit and the rest when we show. Since it's the 4th weekend of the month, the park will be open either way. What do y'all think? TW only, or just show up?

In any case I think we're pretty much settled on the 26-27th?

 

I think just showing up and payin the regular price would work. I mean if we get 10 people thats 20 bucks each to reserve it which would be cool too. I guess I am down for whatever, but by not reserving it there is the possibility of meeting some other cool offroad enthusiast with atttractive daughters

 

I was kinda thinking the same thing. Except that instead of meeting hot daughters, I'd be interested in knowledge of the trail system to be imparted.

 

I just talked to my wifi and she said she's ok with it. I'm willing to fork out 20 bucks to reserve it for TW members. I wouldn't mind meeting my extended family! Count me in! Where do I send money?

 

If you could write a check out to "cash" and mail it to my PO Box, that would be great.

 

Bwahaha! You're sly you! How many people are commited? Its a long drive for me, but I think I might be able to get a few more people to go from around here.
