    Looks like at least 10.

If we decide to rent it out, we can work out the details of paying. Probably use PayPal or something.

Congratulations folks we have an official date. In the interest of folks who have to make plans in order to attend (and since there was already an obvious winner), the poll has been closed and the weekend has been set for...

    September 26-27th!

We still need to decide whether or not we're going to do TW only or not, but we still have awhile to decide.

Not yet, but since we have a date I guess now would be a good time to start one. Y'all know the drill. post your name and what you'll be bringing in list format, and I'll add you.

If someone could bring a grill that would be great. I can find one somewhere if need be, but if one of y'all has one already then score!

I have a standard (full size) size charcoal grill. I'm not sure what the restrictions/rules are out there though. Do they require propane, or will charcoal work?

Its nothing too fancy, but I could throw it in the back of the truck with a bag of charcoal and be done with it.

It sure will be a long drive. Y'all could make a layover at my place in SA if you'd like, but it might be a little out of the way. Maybe you could get the hookup in Austin or something?

Hey, I'm pretty new to this forum but this event sounds like a blast. You can count me IN as long as ya don't mind having a rookie 4wd-er with a stock truck ;)
