    Pre-made ones are usually right there under a heat lamp by the "kitchen". However I like to get mine fresh with Potatoes, Sausage, Ham and egg...NO CHEESE. Maybe get crazy and toss on some beans from time to time. Then drowned it in what Bucees calls "hot sauce".
