I have seen a Built 2nd gen MGM double cab 2x now in Wichita Falls
Plate front bumper, no tailgate, tire carrier in the bed (maybe a hitchgate?)
once in town and once on I-44 between Burkburnett and Wichita Falls

I'm guessing military at SAFB? looked like out of state tags maybe. Couldn't get a picture.

You on here friend, or anybody know him?

Built Tacomas really stand out around here.

    Spotted @MGStrong again this morning.

Never seen you on 114 before and I've been driving that same route for about 4 years now. All of a sudden, I see you 3 times in one week.

Ha! I must've been zoned out cause I didn't see you. I'll keep my eyes peeled. I moved to the area back in June-ish, so relatively new to that route.

This is why I have a Toyota truck. Story time! I'll keep is short. I was 17, driving my 85 Lincoln Town Car at the park. Been raining a few days. Park was a lil muddy. I saw a mud hole in my path. Instead of going around, I decide to gun it through. Got stuck so much I couldn't open the doors. Enter single cab Toyota Truck. Dude goes and grabs a garden hose. Pulls my car out of the mud hole with a fucking garden hose. 20 years later, he still has that truck. I see it every time I go to that same park.

You couldnt do that with a garden hose of today. It must have been one of those heavy duty black ones from Sears back in the day that weighed 900 lbs.

It was green, I remember that much at least. I remember that it looked shitty, and I thought no way is this going to work, but it did.

I'm back in DFW now. I was fueling up and waiting for my wife in the store.

It looked just like the 1995.5 I had many years ago.

The dude comes out hops in and fires it up and he must have had no muffler at all. He rolls off and there's a for sale sign in the rear glass.

Before he got there, I poked my head in the wheel well to check out the lift.....The whole frame and anything steel was completely rusted out.

Still a badass ride though. I felt like a chump with my shiny 3rd gen.
