    HELP!! HELP!! This is @Slapps74 daughter. they believe she is in Maine..I don't have any contacts there. I have shared this with every CO cop contact I have in hopes of locating her. Please, TW spread the word Rachel Ann Taylor age 17 missing since 9-3-2015

    There are some self safety concerns with her too, and is not safe to be wherever she is. Please HELP.
