    I’ve had mine resleeved twice.
    Ours comes with a .125” thick wall, which is apparently as thick as any shop around here is willing to do.
    Also, when they’re balanced, they balance both parts at once.
    When you replace it, if you’re running the original carrier bearing an universal joins, you might as well replace them since you’re down there already.

    I paid somewhere near/just over $700 for resleeve, new carrier bearing/new universal joints/labor for everything.

    But I didn’t have the time to do it myself. You could save a bunch of you removed it yourself.
