I got a Thai popsicle maker that runs on rock salt and ice last summer and I run it at the local farmer's market, I am going to make a million dollars 75 cents at a time with this baby!

The physics of popsicles is interesting, it is not nearly as easy as one would think to make a good popsicle. They tend to have large ice crystals and all the flavor at the top which is bad. I was able to overcome all that however.

Jolly Rancher has licensed their flavors to Kool Aid, I make a green apple popsicle that tastes exactly like a green apple Jolly Rancher using the kool aid and secret ingredients and methods.

I can get way colder than in the pictures now, the theoretical limit of rock salt ice brine slurry is -30C and I am getting below -17C in real world non laboratory conditions. I can make a popsicle in about 6 minutes.

I only sell them fresh at the farmer's market in my food tent. I also sell grilled chicken satay, beef skewers, and I grill vegetables for the farmers. Grilled a lot of shishito peppers last summer, some corn, squash, etc.

Popsicles are food, people are making big money off these popsicle makers at hot summer fairs and such. They have been using them at roadside stands in Thailand for years. Mine was made in Bangkok and imported by importfoods.com

Best decision I ever made was starting a booth at the farmers market, its awesome. I barter with the farmers for all kinds of fresh vegtables for cheap. I highly recommend it. Yeah I would have laughed at myself a few years ago also, but trust me its awesome. Its my retirement plan.

Laugh if you want guys, @McTeague is onto something. You can make a killing at farmer's markets (if you're willing to put in the work- most people aren't). I know all about the bartering will locals for veggies. I've worked with a local charity called Food Forward that collects unsold food from farmers markets at the end of the day and transports them to local charities/shelters. Otherwise all that fresh food goes to waste since most small farmers can't afford to haul things back and forth all the time. Good for you OP, thanks for sharing.
