Well I'm done (for now) customizing my truck and I want to thank this site for the inspiration. Please note I'm 52 and this is the first truck I've customized. I know it's not much compared to most of you but it's a big deal for me. I somewhat regret the Magnum steps, that are a great product, but I think my truck would look better w/o them. I painted the grille today.

Looks good. Other than the mountains and the bug guard(?), that's exactly the truck I hope to have 1 year from today. Not that those things look bad at all, just not my style. Is it stock height?

I like it a lot. Especially the steps. If you really feel bad about them, I will take them off of your hands, you know, to make you feel better.:)

Do you need to know, or care?
I like what you have done. 52 is young, be proud of your custom truck. Being different is a good. Did some custom work to mine too, and 52 years old is in my past.

Actually I like how you did it...tastefully done Sir!!....Always curious about tire feed back..what size did you go with and how do you find them for overall street use as far as ride comfort/performance etc (highway/city)

I got the wheels and tires off CL from a guy who was trading his 2017 OR for a Camry. I got 5 Nitto Ridge Grabbers (265 70 17) with rims for $1300. They are a 10 ply tire but they are only a little noisy and don't ride much worse than the stock tires.
