Hello Toyota Tacoma community. New owner here and loving my truck. I bought it last July and still can't get over how much better I like this truck than my Chevrolet Silverado. The only problem is it's a prerunner and now I want 4 wheel drive. I have a good plan on how I want to go about doing the conversion but I just need to find parts without having to pay a fortune for them. I'm just going to find a donor truck local to get my project accomplished. Again, thanks for adding me to your forum and I look forward to sharing my Q and A with y'all

Welcome to TW. A few have done the Prerunner to 4WD conversion. Best of luck in finding a reasonably priced parts truck. Just remember, if you are going to be tearing down a truck anyways, lots of folks here would be very happy to have access to another part out.
