That Pyramid Country is out of control! I’m going to keep digging through his stuff. I went online to see where they’re touring through... holy sold out everywhere.

 

Those telling you to just "wait it out" have never worked in sales, apparently. There is nothing that would warrant having to wait 3 weeks for a response to something when you paid money for an item. Even if they are backed up, it is not hard to write out a generic copy and paste email to let people know there will be a delay. If the guy is serious about becoming a vendor in this space he better clean it up quick. The whole giveaway seemed kinda shady though. Hope it was not just a cash grab.

 

Hey guys I havent read all of the thread but I'm not going anywhere. We are late on some orders and very late on emails and messages. we're working on them but we have an announcement comming in a few minutes. thanks for the support, I will be responding messages here for a little while tonight.

 

The bad stuff always catches more attention unfortunately and things like "cash grab" never help but no thats not what it was thethread was closed and I dint really push it anymore but im still gonna give that away to someone. I'm actually gonna lose money but I'm keeping my word.
And you're right, theres no excuse for 3 weeks... or even less for that matter. My appologies to anyone who is in that situation.

It was amazing in person. The wife and I will be going to Boston in Nov for two shows, we have seen him with the band about 6 times this year all ready, while at Grey Fox he played with like 25 other bands through out the weekend. Just recently he played with wide spread panic and that just raised the awareness of him big time.

 

I'll be online today answering more messages and posts throughout the day.

 

For the record, I installed the mounting system last night, and it was super easy and works great. Keep communicating and good luck, you have a very good product.
