    That's true. Definitely wouldn't have been a fun ride. Actually no, it would have been AWESOME! But coming to a stop would've hurt.

    Similar incident happened to one of my friends last winter, drifting up on a mountain pass after a storm, so glad I didn't go home that weekend or I likely woulda been drug into this mess...

    That little sapling was the only thing keeping him, my other friend, and his 89 B2600 Mazda pickup from going off the edge of a very steep hill. They would have been visiting St. Peter for sure had that tree not held!

    Still don't think the nitwit learned anything, first thing he needs to learn that trucks aren't for drifting, and 2 that you should never go drifting on mountain passes that have no guardrails in the dead of winter. They are both lucky they had cell service or they mighta froze to death up there.
