Just bend it back the other way. It’ll be alright.

I’m conflicted on whether I should get the current model Tundra or wait till the redesign.

Why not wait for the redesign and either get the new one or a cheaper old model? My corolla dropped significantly as the new ones were released (which didn't matter as I sold it to my sister for cheap)

I freaking LOVE it. The double cab is way more useful to me than the crewmax was. The 5.7 is a fantastic engine. Tows my Jeep great. I don’t regret buying it. I thought about waiting for the new model too but if it’s not broke, don’t fix it. Toyota did this truck right.

Only thing that concerns me about the redesign is getting a first model year. There’s usually teething problems, even with Toyota.

What I’m torn about the old design is it’s dated compared to my f150. And the mpg isn’t near as good. It’s reliable, but dated, and doesn’t have as many available options.

Thats not always the case though. Sometimes there are midlife problems in a design

It’s pretty common tho. The 3rd gen Taco was plagued with problems with the early models.

My f150 is a 2nd year model for the redesign, and it’s plagued with problems.

Just do it. You won’t miss any of the options from the f150, and if you do, you can add them aftermarket.

Exactly why I bought another one lol. Don’t fix something that’s not broke.
