The “My Back Hurts” Thread

Funny, cause after wearing the gear I wear at work for almost 6 years, back hurts is a daily reality already

 

I was very close to going into the military after hs and am glad I didn't

 

I don’t wear gear but I’m fat so carrying my belly is kind of like wearing a vest. My back hurts too. 2/10 would not recommend being fat

16 months of body armor and getting generally shit beat in the middle east in 06-07...

Then got massively fat.

Then started shoeing horses at 26?

Though, I do have some sciatica, I shed a whole bunch of weight in the last two years. Weigh what I did when I got out of high school and went to basic again. Between stretching, jiu jitsu, chiropractic, and massage, I don't have much pain any more, and I have 98% of the feeling in my right leg. So there's that.

 

Well, I’m resigning from the new job that I was excited about, the bastards lied to me about scheduling, said we would be out 3 weeks and then home a week, I haven’t been home since 1/10 and we’re supposed to work the next 2 weeks or so 10 hour days with no days off.
But I’m going to stick around for the 2 weeks to finish out the job and not leave the crew short handed (the money will be nice also).
I think my pup is getting depressed about me being gone, she went to my room and rolled around where I sleep and then lay there looking like this.

What even is a bed frame?

 

Exactly. Box springs on the floor with the mattress on top for me. Easier on my sciatica issues, which flare up one side at a time every 6 weeks or so. Chiro every 4 weeks or else I'd probably be in a wheelchair haha.

 

I have a nice pine bed frame but one of the pieces broke and I haven’t put it back together so I don’t have a bed frame. The dogs jumping on and off my bed would probably push it into the wall anyway.

 

I have my mattress on the floor so my bed frame doesn’t slam into the wall while I’m.... uhhh.... playing board games.

 

I already know when I move out I’m having a floor mattress with my justice league sheets and big tiger blanket

I figured. If anything I’d move out and into my truck

 

I see no point in paying rent as it’s just me

 

I bought a house, 3/10 would not recommend

 

I have probable reason to believe that the human body is not designed to carry as much weight as the majority of us have on and around the general torso.

My back kills me daily.
