Well ya kind of. I mean the goal should not be how little lift can I have...because you want lift, you want clearance and a good ride height that will keep you (in our LWB rigs) from hanging up. The goal should be a good combination of great articulation with a suitable lift for your driving style.

There's a point when lifting your truck is just for looks.. When you have to put that massive crossmeber in to lower your lower control arms so you can alighn it seems kinda silly, because you lose ground clearance, IMO defeats the purpose, ya know? although, to a point I think the taller functional trucks are sweet! I would much rather be able to out flex anyone rather than be taller then them

 

At least he trys.. I know some people who have lifted trucks with mud terrains who don't go on gravel roads let alone in the MUD
