    Exactly. If the dude had been acting shady or not talking at all I could MAYBE see busting open the window, but the dude was communicating and tried to give his ID. Like, wtf?

    A)First and foremost, you guys are only seeing part of the video...none of us know what happened prior...digging in a bag can very well get a gun pulled on you regardless of race (also I'm tired of race being the reason for any police action...act right no problem)

    B)Supreme Court has ruled that an officer can ask anyone to step out of a vehicle during a stop for a traffic violation at any time. period. Nothing more than that is necessary to understand this video is fine...but first you stop a vehicle, then the passenger allegedly digging in bag then all parties refuse to step out of the vehicle...

    Edit: Once again, not saying I'm one of the "fuck the police" kinda guys, I really do appreciate and honor LE, I just PERSONALLY don't think these officers were justified in doing what they did.
