    I'm sure you could just buy a kit to do it. My buddy has a '73 Corvette and the high beam button is on the floor. Takes some getting used to. And the reason I like having a key is because the battery in it never dies...

    Good point.

    Most remote start cars have a place hidden (such as in the glove box or center console) where the key can be put in to make the car start.
