    Yeah it is. Coincidently, my insurance rates just went down. But also coincidentally in about a week the state will review my driving record and see if I violated my probation due to my last defferal ( I did :facepalm: )

    I have been fighting with USAA to get my truck into the shop for two months haha. It's kinda one of those "it's done..finally" things. That's why I'm so happy. The stock bumper isn't too bad either, I have no use for an aftermarket one :p

    But if you buy it from a private party under 21..that's not illegal..sooooooo.....
