    My beef is that
1)I made a C in Calculus 3 too. Let's not get into that and just say I'm retaking that next Fall from a different professor and I am without a doubt making an A to replace it. So for next semester alone it will hurt me bad but after that it will even out.

    2) I know a C won't kill me, but I have to maintain a 3.5 and the more Non-A's I make now means much less wiggle room down the road. I just know I can make an A in statics if not for that one damn test.

I'm here with all my best friends from high school, I live on campus, I love it. I suggested we all take a bunch of blow off classes for a 9th semester and live it up. Also, I work for chemical companies each summer for internships making decent money and I have no bills except for gas and entertainment, so college is pretty freaking awesome

So it's kind of unfair for me to answer. Lol. But if I can make A's in my next semester the C won't hurt... It's just making A's next semester.

On another note, I'm trying to study to music and can't because I just end up staring googly-eyed at the music video
Damn you Mariah Carey, y u so fien

I've had my phone off the charger all day, 85%. Full brightness, bluetooth on (not connected to anything), off and on wifi all day, and I've been listening to music throughout the day..when I'm in the shower, was cleaning the windows on my truck, etc.

Exactly, I was only malicious about it because of our history. I definitely know how it feels to lose track of time though. Hell, yesterday I got in the library at around noon and looked up and it was 2am. Still sucks though.

Thanks though! I think my requirement is 3.2. Only half of my scholarship is through the university though, then I get $4k from the HOPE scholarship which is a TN state thing and the remaining bit is a mix of Gov't aid because of my low-income single mom, plus a few small scholarships. So I guess technically its not a full scholarship but according to my payment/fees page, the only thing the Gov't pays for is my meal plan and then puts about a grand in my pocket for books and supplies.

Maybe you should invest in a computer so you don't have to use your phone for TW all day? haha

That's really awesome. I got some misc. scholarships too but I invested them all because I had left over. It's doing about as good as it would have in the bank, but stocks aren't an overnight thing.

3.2 would be lovely but there is also the factor of other engineers to compete with. Though you're in a bigger school so 3.2 may be equivalent to my 3.5.
