    Just finished season 6 episode 5, I'm balls deep in the series now and can't wait for them to put the last season on netflix

    The rear I got because I backed into a tree avoiding a drunk driver (long story) and the bottom part of my bedside was messed up and that bumper covered that part of the bed without having to cut it and go HC because I didn't want to make that kind of commitment at the point. As for the front, I've always loved the look of the hybrids and Eddy had a sale on these so I went ahead and got it, I think I'm going to chop up the front bumper and rebuild it and reinforce it so if I ever get stuck bad I won't have to worry about being pulled out by it.

    Correct, but from me trying it out, whether it be driver rear on water and passenger rear on dry pavement, vice versa or any combination you can think of, my right rear seems to spin the most. I think it seems to be coincidence but I just go with it. I keep the two with the most tread on the back but its kinda just a habit now to put the one with a little bit more tread on passenger side. Guess its a superstition thing.
    I'm aware of how a differential works, not very well aware though. That's probably the thing I know least about when it comes to cars/trucks. Still pretty new to the differential talk, I came from 2 wrx's and a 350z and all I knew about the z was that the diff let me get sideways and smoked both tires no questions asked. About to watch the video you posted though.

    Just watched that video and DAMN. I feel like a dumbass now haha. The tires are worn unevenly but they've been on two different trucks and have roughly 50-60k miles on them and countless offroad trips. I'm actually really glad you posted that video, learned a lot and now "Learn how a fucking differential works" is on the top of my list of "shit to do while stuck at home all next week due to getting wisdom teeth cut out" lol. I appreciate you correcting me though, and not being a total dick about it.

    That's my thought process now, but because switching lanes at 70mph is such a gradual turn and the gears are designed to operate so smoothly that its unnoticeable.

    I think the rule remains constant and it switches very often. The engineer inside me thinks I should already know all this s**t
    In perfect conditions yes but because of the wind, the road, dirt, etc, will they ever be equal?

    very cool video I knew how an open diff worked but have never seen it work before :thumbsup: does a locker just prevent the gear from swiveling around the drive axle that has more traction? I know im way off on names
