4.5/5.5 drop, DJM arms, QA1 coilovers, 6lug leafs, QA1 18-way, rear swaybar, Batwing Big brakes, high flow cat, indy/hurst shifter, memphis amps, focal 3-ways, Eclipse AV unit, SunDown 10" custom box, TRD bucket swap.
Not as easy as you would want it to be just a list of what I have gone over in my head for the swap, first you need motor, trans (auto or manual), harness for motor, harness for trans if you go auto, computer for 4.0, fuel pressure regulator, filter, control assembly for tank, new radiator, intake, battery (unless the 4liter uses the same CCA's as the 2tr, motor mounts, welder to weld those on with no undercut on the welds, preferably a tripple weld to ensure that motor wont torque off the new mounts, beefier springs to support the new weight, pretty sure the 6spd trans is longer then the 5 so you will need a new shaft and trans mount location. Then you will also need the cluster that goes with whatever motor you get or a new OEM cluster to program for that motor, and finally a new clutch master cylinder.

That's about what I can comeup with in my head. Which in the end it would be easier to just do the URD super and make 245hp similar to that of the 4liter with less weight.

If you are still heavy on the swap then I would go D4-D or 4AGE to keep the weight similar to that of the stock motor but still make stupid power. And the D4-D has gobs of torque which is nec in crawling and prerunning but still get stupid gas milleage. Calc'd at around mid to high 30's

D4-D Rich, smaller and still makes 300 plus ft/lbs around 1500-2k

Didn see the donor post.... If you got a whole truck then the swap should be simple. However, you actually ever done a swap or pulled a whole dash and done a harness install, on any vehicle for that matter?

Yeah you fucking did you slut, I had to go to facebook to get picture verification of the drop. Feel better now? You back to 5/6? Well soon to be 5 up front?

Can you run the X bills with stock 5lug coils?

Swapping carb'd motors is cake, no harness to swap minus a few wires for turn on and tach with a few vaccum lines for pressure. Swapping full harness engine and trans with internal. Way more suck. Did one on a 220 body S class and a 171 SLK. They were both full of suck. the taoc should be eaiser though in that it does not have quite as many electronics to worry about.

Hmmmm how much do the bills lower? Doesn say anything in your build thread about those? And for the life of me I cant remember if they lowerz at all.

I just want 4 out of the front but still have a decent ride/handling which leads me to swap out for the bills over my crap stock 5lug struts.

So I can use the stock coils off the Bills and do the spacer at 1 to give me 4 up front. You have sold me sir, now to wait for next weeks pay check then go surfing XRU for parts.

If you find another set lemme know.

Likewise, if my Suburban buckets fit, I'll post up an install guide, but I'm not optimistic. Those seats swallowed my ass, likely too wide.
I might be able to get them in there, but the steering wheel would probably be lined up with my left moob.

    But I'm gonna measure anyways.

I had a bench and hated it..... hunted for 2 years when I had my Regular cab for FJ seats to put in my truck and could not find any... There is a set on ebay that just sold for $1500 with Air bags, so I figured $900 OBO was a decent deal with a chunk of center console worth $250. Sorry If I offended any one. I just knew how hard they were to find for me when I was looking... For all those rich people out there... Check this posting out for Bucket conversion, $2400 for 2 seats from an 09!!

And here is just a set of OEM Covers, no seat for $500!!

Ya, I need to keep enough in the tank for a trip to and from work in case I get an after-hours call, so I normally fill up at around 350 miles, needle is generally around 1/4 and it'll take around 14 gallons.
