You can literally build a custom on like mine for $200. Its 2-90* bends and 1- straight tube(like 2') of 3" aluminum welded together. Its only 2 welds. Any local welding shop could weld you one together in 10 minutes lol. Me and my buddy are thinking about trying to sell some like mine since it works on stock fenders, glass fenders, and other makes and models and cheaper than a plastic one.

Yeah, it's more of a want than need. If it were free tho, I'd take it. Haha

My buddies isn't gonna have that. His is just gonna be a tube going into the fender with a tab welded on it to bolt to the fender for extra support.

There is a lot that goes into a snorkel. It is not just a tube. Every angle on the Airflow is designed to provide maximum flow, The guy who made them was an aerospace engineer or some shit.
Plus for $135 more than your $200, you can have a snorkel that is perfectly molded and meant to fit.

It's Airflow bro! Not those snake head Arb Safari's!

    Do it bro

Good idea bro but a lot of the fiberglass fenders are different shapes.

    shhhhhh....

I think it looks good. I just don't really want a snorkel for some reason. Probably end up with one at some point.. Gotta do something different

Doesn't matter the glass size or shape. Just cut hole and slide tube in

The guy who makes airflow may be an engineer but I fix engineers mistakes for a living lmao.

The guy who welded mine up is a professional fabricator for a high performance car shop and makes twin turbo kits for Ferraris, lambos, escalades, etc. He knows what works.

My truck runs like a fucking champ for a 4cyl on 35s and my intake is spotless after a ton of miles.

Sometimes simplicity just works and is the way to go.

Thank ya. Didn't mean to offend or anything. I respect engineers and what they do and know but sometimes there's different ways to get the same result ya know? I like airflow FWIW. I just can't justify the price for plastic lol.
